We are a small group of enthusiasts, who enjoy putting pen to paper and sharing the result among ourselves. Our sessions are informal and not at all to be taken too seriously. A sense of HUMOUR is mandatory as the emphasis is for everyone to have FUN.

We agree on a topic and during the next month we all write at home within a set word count. The results of which get read out at the next meeting. We also do a quick spontaneous exercise, writing for about 10 minutes on a topic announced at the time. Helpful comments are made about the writings, from which we all learn a lot. Part of the fun is learning from the VERY different approaches taken on the same subject.

We have fun, have a good laugh, have a social chat, learn from each others efforts, and look forward to our next meeting. Please note, there is no formal teaching or instruction.
