The Literature Group meets in a member’s house at 2.30pm on the last Monday of the month from September to July, when we take a summer break. We read one book a month chosen for its relevance to our current theme. Usually one person volunteers to research the book and its author and present this as a starting point for our discussion. Our differing views provoke some lively exchanges but we all agree that these greatly enhance our understanding and enjoyment of the book!
